S2C Global Systems Acquires Bulk Water License With Potential For $90 Million Per Year in Gross Sales

Company taps into $12 Billion Water Market with prospects to expand into emerging markets

San Antonio, TX - September 29, 2008, S2C Global Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: STWG) has acquired a 50% interest in Alaska Resource and Management, LLC.(ARM) the owner of a bulk water license for 3 Billion gallons a year of pristine fresh water from Blue Lake located in Sitka, Alaska. The Sitka source has been fully developed with a loading pipeline from the source to the shoreline making it one of the only deepwater ports in the world capable of shipping fresh water.

ARM is selling the water freight on board Sitka, Alaska at global market rates; providing potentially for Gross Sales of $90 Million per annum. Buyers from Asia, the Middle East and India are in discussions with ARM to secure these waters for themselves.

S2C Global as a member of the ARM LLC has appointed Rod Bartlett as its managing partner responsible for the administration and sales of ARM. S2C’s partner in ARM is True Alaska Bottling (TAB) the original holder of the license. TAB will manage all local aspects of the waters in Sitka, Alaska.

“The planet’s inventory of water consists 97% of salt water, and more than two-thirds of the rest is difficult or impossible to reach because it is trapped in polar icecaps, glaciers or deep rock. Thus, less than 1% of the water inventory exists in the form of accessible fresh water. Each year, agriculture consumes nearly 70% of accessible fresh water, industry consumes another 20%, and the remaining 10% goes to local or municipal use for domestic consumption and other direct uses. In the past century, annual use of fresh water has risen twice as quickly as population.” taken from “Freshwater exports for the development of Quebec’s blue gold” written by Marcel Boyer Montreal Economic Institute, August 2008.

The shift in focus to Bulk Water acquisition and sales is in keeping with the Company’s mandate to generate bottom line revenues by delivering water from the source to the consumer in the most efficient manner possible. “We are confident that the demand for potable water in water stressed parts of the world will result in selling out and expanding the existing water license in Sitka, Alaska” says Alejandro Bautista, S2C’s CEO and President. “The bottom line for our Company will be greatly enhanced by the sale of this water.”
