S2C Global Systems, Inc. a Nevada corporation, is a reporting issuer registered with the the Securities Exchange Commission and publically traded on the Over The Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol STWG.
S2C Global Systems currently has two wholly owned subsidiaries, our Canadian operating company S2C Global Systems, a British Columbia corporation and our US operating company S2C Global USA. We are also a 50% owner of Alaska Resource Management, LLC as part of our Bulk Water Division.
