Bulk Water Sales Company Focusing on Sales with Positive Results

San Antonio, TX ‚Äì June 17^th, 2009, S2C Global Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: STWG), an environmentally-based exporter of natural water and supplier of water distribution technologies, is pleased to provide its stakeholders with an update as to its revenue generating operations.

Eight months ago, the Company announced the acquisition of 50% of Alaska Resource and Management, LLC (ARM) the owner of a bulk water license in Sitka, Alaska. Since that time, management has worked through the existing water brokers to generate sales and raised additional funds with our partners in ARM to maintain the water license.

In early 2009, the Company took a direct approach working the Central/South American markets, domestic USA markets and with the Arabian Gulf/Asian Markets. Management believes that this tactic should provide for better margins in the near and long term as third-party brokers have been taken out of the sales cycle.

From the Central American markets, S2C has a tentative commitment to develop a distribution facility for our bulk water subject to specific financial targets being met. In the US marketplace, talks are now under way with groups in Southern California. And the Company is working with a joint venture partner in London to secure relationships with a number of countries in the Arabian Gulf.

The Company anticipates that it will need to increase its water availability due to the forecasts in sales, and is therefore taking steps to increase the volume of water available through its ARM license. At the same time, the Company has initiated plans to secure another source with infrastructure in the southern hemisphere. These source waters will provide us with strategic shipping access to our global markets.

During discussions with some of the groups interested in bulk water, there has been interest expressed on providing quotations that include our water distribution technology on a grand scale. Management believes that this may mitigate some of the reductions experienced in sales efforts for our water distribution technology by the global economic changes.

Company taps into $12 Billion Water Market with prospects to expand into emerging markets

San Antonio, TX - September 29, 2008, S2C Global Systems, Inc. (OTCBB: STWG) has acquired a 50% interest in Alaska Resource and Management, LLC.(ARM) the owner of a bulk water license for 3 Billion gallons a year of pristine fresh water from Blue Lake located in Sitka, Alaska. The Sitka source has been fully developed with a loading pipeline from the source to the shoreline making it one of the only deepwater ports in the world capable of shipping fresh water.

ARM is selling the water freight on board Sitka, Alaska at global market rates; providing potentially for Gross Sales of $90 Million per annum. Buyers from Asia, the Middle East and India are in discussions with ARM to secure these waters for themselves.

S2C Global as a member of the ARM LLC has appointed Rod Bartlett as its managing partner responsible for the administration and sales of ARM. S2C’s partner in ARM is True Alaska Bottling (TAB) the original holder of the license. TAB will manage all local aspects of the waters in Sitka, Alaska.

S2C Global Leads Bottled Water Industry in Reducing Carbon Footprint

Las Vegas, NV, March 13^th , 2008 – S2C Global Systems (STWG: OTCBB), (http://www.s2cglobal.com) has agreed to a pilot program with Convergitech, Inc. whereby Convergitech will supply S2C Aquaducts, installed in Houston, Texas, with prepackaged 5-gallon purified water extracted from humidity in the air. The Convergitech system provides purified water for bottling by piggybacking on a Shopping Center’s heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment. It accomplishes this without using further electricity than is currently used to process the air, without utilizing wasteful reverse osmosis, and without exploiting local water supplies. The S2C Aquaduct system reuses the 5-gallon bottle three times more than other water distributors. Therefore, using S2C Aquaducts in conjunction with Convergitech’s system will result in significant Carbon Footprint reductions.

S2C Global Negotiates First Atmospheric Water Bottling Plant

Las Vegas, NV, February 21^st , 2008 – S2C Global Systems (STWG: OTCBB), (http://www.s2cglobal.com) has brought Convergitech, Inc and AVC Canada Corporation together to initiate the first atmospheric water bottling plant in Africa and the second in the world. S2C previously announced (September 20, 2007) its first stage agreement with AVC Canada to provide its Aquaduct system to AVC’s “Agua Cuilo” bottling plant in Luanda, Angola; and its supply agreement with Convergitech (January 31^st, 2008). S2C facilitated an agreement whereby Convergitech acquires AVC Canada’s 80% interest in Agua Cuilo, and agrees to fund the completion of the bottling plant including the related costs of the S2C Aquaduct system.

Convergitech intends to use its atmospheric water extraction technology to supply the water for bottling at the Cuilo plant. The Convergitech system harvests water from the atmosphere using integrated condensation/air handling technologies, eliminating the need to exploit aquifers and municipal water. This technology becomes critical in environments where fresh water is heavily contaminated or in short supply.

The initial purchase orders are for $5 million USD (10 and 20 Liter sizes), with the option to increase this amount by 20% to 30% annually. The LOI is conditional upon the approval of the water source and packaging. The intended water is from a quality source in South-western British Columbia and the packaging is being supplied through an international supplier of food-grade plastics.
